This SENIOR MOVING PACKAGE is the result of 80-years of experience with moving logistics and takes into account issues seniors – and their adult children – face as they attempt to take on moving years of memories into smaller homes or even apartments. We know this is a stressful time for all involved, so we have aggregated the following services, just for this type of situation:

• Free consultation and planning to assist the entire family in developing their moving plan;
• Detailed floor plan consultation to assist in deciding how much (and which) furniture and belongings will fit in the client’s new home;
• Arrange for auctioneers and auction houses to assess valuables for insurance purposes and to help clients receive top-dollar for their valuables;
• Arrange for donation houses and scheduling of removal for donation & documentation of value of items sold or removed for client’s financial records and tax documents;
• Assist clients with clutter removal services to clear away unwanted items and furniture;
• Optional staging advice to elevate the possibility of quick re-sale of home.
