SPRINGFIELD, Mass.–Sitterly Movers, the largest family-owned, full-service moving and storage company in Western Massachusetts, is pleased to announce three promotions to the management team.
Kelly Jarrett has been promoted to general manager, where she oversees sales, customer service, financial operations, and personnel. Jarrett has been with the company for more than a decade, working as office manager.
Nick Sawicki has been promoted to operations manager, where he is responsible for managing crews, dispatching, and scheduling. Sawicki started with the company as a mover in 2014 and has demonstrated his logistics, organizational, and interpersonal skills over the last seven years.
Allisa Boulette is Sitterly’s marketing and brand manager. She oversees the website, brand, content, advertising, social, and graphic design. Boulette started with the company in 2017 as the company’s marketing coordinator and has been a catalyst to creating Sitterly’s online brand and launching process efficiencies, including customer relationship management (CRM) technology.
